  • How to order? 

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, signup (we suggest signing up for smoother checkout in future) and go through the ordering process. You will receive your order summary via email or text message. Please check your Spam and Promotions folder as well for the confirmation email. You can easily order next time by logging into your account. 

  • What options are available for shipping?

We have 2 options. One is standard shipping, which is free. Then we have express shipping, which is weight based and will be calculated at checkout. The charges for express shipping starts from 250 rupees for a kg.

  • How long will it take to deliver the order?

We take 7-10 working days to deliver the order via standard shipping. And 3-4 days for by express shipping.

  • Which payment methods are accepted in the store?

Payment modes accepted for Indian buyers are Debit/Credit cards, NetBanking, Google pay, UPI. Whereas our International buyers can pay using their Debit or Credit cards.

  • What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an Email or a Text message confirming your order. Our team starts getting your order ready. We ship the order out in 2-4 days in case of standard shipping, 1-2 days in case of express shipping and a tracking number is sent within 24 hours of shipping out the parcel to track the whereabouts.

  • How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

Within 24 hours from the time your order ships, you will receive your tracking details to the email address or a text message on the number you entered while ordering. If you don’t receive an email, check your Spam. You can also check your order status by logging into your account at the website.

  • Does Noor Chikankari ship internationally?

  • Is the product exactly as shown in pictures?

There will be slight differences in product and the pictures due to screen resolution or lights used during photoshoot. 

  • Can we exchange or return a product?

  • Why was my order cancelled?

While it's rare, it's possible for items to become out of stock. If this does occur, we will notify you within 24-48 hours about the cancellation & issue a refund. If your order contains additional items, these items will be shipped to you as normal.

  • How do I use a Credit note?

Add your items to your shopping bag and continue to checkout. At checkout, enter the promo code in the field labeled “Gift Card or discount code” and click Apply. Your promotion code will be applied to your order and reflected under your order total.

  • Can a gift card be used more than once?

Yes, your gift card works like a debit card. Provided there is still a balance remaining on the card, you can use your gift card code multiple times until the balance is gone.

  • Why is the response time slower than standard time?

We started as a single human brand, handled by just our founder and we are a team of 4 people now thanks to all the love! But we still do not have a proper team in place for Customer service and it’s handled by our team members. Along with their additional duties of packaging, handling orders, managing inventory and so on, it’s a little understaffed here. We are hiring people as we speak so this will not be an issue for much longer.

  • Why don’t you issue refunds?

We’re still a small team here at Noor Chikankari, so our inventory is often limited and doing refunds is just not possible for us at the time. We'll continuosly keep updating this section for our customers as new and different questions keep coming. Hope to help you as best as we can!
