Exchange and Refund Policy
Exchanges
We aim to maximise your satisfaction level to our utmost capabilities and your experience on oursite as enjoyable as possible. Below are the terms of exchanges, what we do and what we don't accept. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
Making a purchase indicates that you have read, acknowledged, understand and agreeto adhere to the following termsand conditions.
Exchange Policy:
If you have received a damaged product, a wrong size or a wrong product, you can send it back to us for exchange. Unboxing video is compulsory to claim missing products.
You may send us an email at noorchikankari@gmail.com for an acknowledgement and to receive address details for the exchange process or you can use the Exchange form included in your parcel to send the items back.
Once your parcel is received by us, we will process the exchange within 3-5 working days.
Exchanges will only be accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.
The item will have to be undamaged, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all the labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
The return packet (outer) needs to be the original packet sent by us. Please pack the courier in a neat manner or it will not be accepted. You need to provide your details and order number in the package.
We do not have a reverse pickup service. The customer will have to send the item back for exchange by themselves. The charges for sending the product back will have to be borne by the customer.
We don’t do exchanges for Earrings/Accessories at all.
We don’t do exchanges for Unstitched suit sets at all.
Refunds
Do we accept returns and refunds?
We do not accept returns or issue refunds.
Exceptions:
If we don't have your purchased item in the size you need or the same exact item in case of any other issues, we will provide store credit in such cases. The validity of the Store credit will be 6 months. You will have to use it and make a purchase within this period.
